We specialise in the design and supply of printed displays and related products. All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are only accepted once confirmed by us in writing (email confirmation).

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and subject to availability. We will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are only accepted for faulty items. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and templates remain the intellectual property of Two Thirds Design Ltd unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
